The Michigan AfterSchool Association Fall Conference 2024 is for leaders who work in, and with,  the expanded learning and out-of-school time (OST) sector. The purpose of this conference is to equip leaders to create policies, programs, and practices that ensure all youth to reach their full potential. This is an opportunity for leaders at all levels, including youth, to engage with national and state  thought leaders to gain new perspectives and skills to create high quality OST/expanded learning opportunities for all youth in Michigan.

As an exhibitor, you will have access to hundreds of leaders in the field of expanded learning/Out of School time throughout the day.  In order to give exhibitors the most exposure we have built in exhibitor time as well as networking and breaktime in the exhibition space of the facility which attendees must pass through between plenaries and breakout sessions.

You may supply print materials and, if applicable, conduct direct sales; displays are to be tabletop displays.  The fee for all non-profit entities is $800.00 per table and $1000.00 for profit, maximum of 2 tables. One conference lunch and registration, per table, is included in the table fee.

The reservation deadline is Friday, September 20, 2024 to make it into the Conference Brochure.  Exhibit space is limited and may fill prior to the reservation deadline. Space will be assigned according to the date the reservation form is received, with payment.

The exhibit schedule for the Fall Conference 2024 is:

  • Set-up: Thursday, 12pm-4:00pm
  • Exhibits: Thursday, 12pm-6pm and Friday, 7:00am-6:00pm
  • Teardown: Friday 6pm-7:00pm

Exhibit fee:

  • $800.00 per table, non-profit (maximum of 2 tables)
  • $1000.00 per table, for profit (maximum of 2 tables)

*there may be an additional charge for electrical usage which will be paid to the hotel AV dept.

Deadline: Friday, September 20, 2024 (Space may fill prior to deadline.)

**One complimentary lunch and conference registration per paid table; additional attendees may be added at a discounted rate of $75 each.
