This year’s theme, “Stronger Together,” celebrates the power of collaboration in supporting Michigan’s youth. When educators, program leaders, community partners, and advocates come together, we build stronger programs and stronger outcomes for young people.

Set along the shores of Lake Michigan, this year’s conference at Great Wolf Lodge in Traverse City offers a unique setting for connection, learning, and collaboration.

With hundreds of OST professionals in attendance — including educators, program directors, nonprofit leaders, policymakers, and youth advocates — the conference offers a valuable opportunity to showcase your products and services to a highly engaged audience.

Exhibit Details

Table Fees

$800 per table – Non-profit organizations (limit two tables)
$1000 per table – For profit organizations (limit two tables)

Each table includes one lunch and full conference registration.
Additional attendee registrations: $75 each.

Electrical access may require an additional fee arranged through the hotel AV department.

Set-Up: Thursday, Oct. 1 | 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Exhibits Open: Thursday, Oct. 1 | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

                         Friday, Oct 2 | 7:00AM – 4:30PM

Teardown: Friday, Oct. 2 | 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
