This annual event brings together out-of-school time and youth development professionals, including program directors, frontline staff, educators, community partners, and advocates from across Michigan for three days of learning, connection, and inspiration.

Full Conference Registration

$199 per person (MAA Member)

$229 per person (Non-MAA Member)

Please note that registering with a Purchase Order will hold your place, but payment must be made in full prior to the start of the conference.

On-Site Registration

October 1–3, 2026

$299 per person

On-site registration will be available for walk-in participants at Great Wolf Lodge, subject to available space.

We gladly accept credit cards (Discover, Visa, and MasterCard), checks, and purchase orders.

Please note that purchase orders will hold your place but must be paid in full prior to the start of the conference.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY

All MAA Conference purchases are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange. No refunds will be issued on registrations or purchases. All sales are final.

CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Attendees are not able to cancel conference registration. All sales are final and non-reversible. We are unable to make exceptions for emergencies, extreme weather, pandemics, natural disasters, or labor strikes.

However, attendees may send someone in their place. For registration questions, please contact MAA at info@miafterschoolassociation.org.

Please note that registrations cannot be transferred to future MAA Conference events.
