The Michigan AfterSchool Association 2022 Fall Conference is for leaders who work in, and with, the expanded learning and out-of-school time (OST) sector. The purpose of this conference is to equip leaders to create  policies, programs, and practices that ensure all youth to reach their full potential. This is an  opportunity for leaders at all levels, including youth, to engage with national and state thought leaders to gain new perspectives and skills to create high quality OST/expanded learning opportunities for  all youth in Michigan.

As an exhibitor, you will have access to 400 plus leaders in the field of expanded learning/Out of School time throughout the day.  Exhibits are located in expansive areas throughout the main conference space to maximize traffic. Conference attendees will have the opportunity to pass through the booths many times a day during breaks and in between sessions.

Each indoor booth includes a 6-foot draped table and two chairs. If you require additional space, electricity, phone lines, internet, or other audiovisual needs, you must request in advance and additional fees will be assessed. Exhibitors will have access to the exhibit area for setup beginning November 3, from 4pm until 8pm and exhibits may be dismantled after 5pm on Friday. One conference registration is included with your booth rental fee. Additional representatives may attend for a discounted fee of $75.

The reservation deadline is Friday, October 7, 2022 to make it into the Conference Brochure.  Exhibit space is limited and may fill prior to the reservation deadline. Space will be assigned according to the date the reservation form, with payment, is received.


The exhibit schedule for the Fall Conference 2022 is:

  • Set-up: 4:00pm-8pm, Thursday, Nov 3
  • Exhibits: Thurs, 5:30pm-7pm and Fri, 7:30am-4:30pm
  • Teardown: Friday 5:00pm-6:00pm

Exhibit fee:

  • $600.00 per table, non-profit (maximum of 2 tables)
  • $800.00 per table, for profit (maximum of 2 tables)
