CALL FOR EXHIBITORS, ADVERTISERS AND SPONSORS

Our exhibits are located in spacious high-traffic areas, sponsorships receive prominent recognition, and our advertisers reach nearly 400 attendees.

EXHIBITORS

The exhibit floor will be open from 5:30pm until 7pm on Thursday, November 3, 2022  Friday, November 4, 7:30am-4:30pm. Exhibits are located in expansive areas throughout the main conference space to maximize traffic. Conference attendees will have the opportunity to pass through the booths many times a day during breaks and in between sessions.  One conference registration is included with your booth rental fee. Additional representatives may attend for a discounted fee of $75.

Each indoor booth includes a 6-foot draped table and two chairs. If you require additional space, electricity, phone lines, internet, or other audiovisual needs, you must request in advance and additional fees will be assessed. Exhibitors will have access to the exhibit area for setup beginning November 3, from 4pm until 8pm and exhibits may be dismantled after 5pm on Friday.

  • Nonprofit Exhibitor – $600

ADVERTISERS

Advertise your organization’s name in this year’s conference program book.  High resolution electronic files in the following formats are preferred: PDF, JPG, or PNG

  • Full-page ads, 7” x 10” ($150)
  • Half-page ads, 7” x 5” ($100)
  • Quarter-page ads, 3.5” x 2.5” ($75)

PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP ($$ varies)

Only a LIMITED number of Platinum slots are available! This premier level includes sponsorship of a break, breakfast, lunch, or reception. The cost will be determined based on your selected banquet service. Please contact us directly at 269-337-0707 to discuss opportunities.

• Free registration for three representatives, including all educational sessions and conference meals
